Supported Living

(Individually Designed Living Arrangements) (IDLAs)

We provide direct support professionals for IDLAs where members live by themselves and for IDLAs where a group of housemates chooses to live together. In this setting, our care support professionals provide teaching support and personal care for members, focusing on increasing their independence and participation in the community.

Group Supported Employment (GSE)

This service provides greater opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to gain the skills necessary to obtain and maintain employment, allowing them to increase their self-sufficiency. Our group employment support services provide on-site supervision to a small group of members working in a community setting. Groups can range from two to four individuals.

Attendant Care

We deliver non-medical care, advocacy, and support to promote our clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life. Our attendant care includes hands-on assistance for individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, addressing activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming.

Transportation Services

We provide medically necessary, non-emergency rides to appointments and other day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring they get to essential medical services. This service is provided where the members cannot provide, secure, or pay for their own transportation, and free transportation is not available.
